One has not experienced true cuisine until they have had the “Chef Tia Experience.” I had the pleasure of eating Chef Tia’s delectable food while residing in N.J. I can tell you unequivocally that she could coax flavors out of foods without overpowering with seasoning. She allowed each food group to speak to her and then proceeded accordingly. ANYTHING she put her hands to came out amazingly delicious. When she sold dinners you had the assurance that no matter what the menu was, it was gonna be good. If she ever put out a cookbook I have no doubt it would be a bestseller! If she ever opened a restaurant there would be lines!

One of my first encounters with Chef Tia's Cookin' was thru her Savory Salmon Bites. The flavor was amazing and so was the portion size! I had never had salmon cooked that way and I was very interested in seeing what else she could do. From there Chef Tia introduced me to pan searing with her delicious barbecued chicken recipe. She gave me a personal cooking lesson and taught me how to prepare before, during and after cooking to accomplish a perfect meal for my family. After that lesson I became more interested in seasonings and meal preparations. She also gives me ideas on how to enhance the flavors in my own personal recipes! Chef Tia encourages me to be a better cook for myself! I have sampled and purchased more meals than I can imagine. All types of vegetables and meats that were prepared and seasoned just right. There was never any under cooked items and Chef Tia prides herself on cleanliness! My family has enjoyed Chef Tia's Cookin' for many many years and we look forward to sampling her newest creations very soon! If you have the opportunity to taste her cooking, trust me!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

When I think of Chef Tia’s Cookin', no matter what time of year, my mind automatically goes to Thanksgiving. Three or four years ago, Chef Tia changed my opinion of my favorite holiday forever. Her Talented fingers, Innovation, and Artistic skillset transformed foods I have eaten for five decades into works of art. She fried the turkey, metamorphosized the yams, and revolutionized the cabbage. It was amazing! And just when my tastebuds thought they had reached their pinnacle, she pulled out a cake that though I was full, my body yearned for more. Because of Chef Tia, I can no longer eat Thanksgiving meals prepared by anyone else.
